The Great Cookie Exchange

Here is our family’s seasonal favorite, Norwegian Fatigman (fot – ee – mon) I have in the recipe to cut into triangles, you can make them that way, the tradition is a diamond shape, like this:

Thank you for the Fatigman recipe. I only found one other online and it called for cream in it and I didn’t remember that part. Glad yours doesn’t as I don’t have any cream on hand. I remember when I first made them the recipe called for Apricot Brandy, too. However, these are going to go without. Can’t wait to make them.
