Several years ago, while in the third trimester with our second son, I experienced my first (and last) absessed tooth! Being the chicken that I am, and not wanting the tooth pulled without pain killers, I lived with it until our son was born. Just three weeks later, not able to bear it any longer, I called for three days and finally was able to find an oral surgeon willing to take me. It took finding out the hard way, but dentists’ don’t like to deal with emergency patients unless it’s one of their own patients who had been in for regular checkups. Receiving lecture after lecture, I finally found one that would pull my tooth, while I was under, for 1400.00. I don’t know what hurt worse…. the attitude of the dentists or the abcessed tooth!

A dentist I did receive a lecture from tho, recommend Dentemp OS to me. Slobo ran out to get some. You just mix the paste up and fill the hole until you can get to a dentist. It shelters the throbbing nerve and gives great relief from pain until you can get to a dentist!
