Mom was telling me tonight about being invited to two baby showers and a wedding this past week. We thought it was funny that so many of these June events were taking place in July. One of the showers was for the new Grandma! Isn’t that a cute idea? So many Grandparents provide a ‘play area’ all their own for the kids, it helps to provide them with all the latest gadgetry too.

With all of the birthday and baby shower party supply stores online, it could be really fun to hold a party for the Grandmas or even new Grandads! I was looking around the PartyPail.com (I love the name), and they had this really cute Winnie the Pooh Baby Days theme.

Isn’t Winnie just an adorable character? That is what I had decorated our son’s baby room in and I still call my 49 year old sister, Pooh Bear. The enchantment of a Hundred Acre Woods childhood never leaves, even when your the Grandma.
