A few days ago we had to get the kids’ antihistamine’s refilled. This time they managed to go until after the refills had expired – since last fall, I think. Having moved next to a 40 acre meadow a few years ago, we discovered all but Slo have allergies to meadow grasses. Even Flasher, our golden, has allergies. I don’t know how Slobo escapes every illness – too awnry, I think!

We were using a nebulizer with albuterol to keep our youngest from getting too much chest congestion. Fortunately, since they have been taking allergy season a little better, we haven’t needed it. It’s a good thing, because in the boys’ attempts to see what else would vaporize in the nebulizer, they dropped it and broke it. We should replace it soon. I recently received a post offer for portable oxygen concentrator. Guess the name is fancier, but the function should be still just as simple.
