We went to Amicalola Falls for a surprise day trip, as you can see, the kids had a wonderful time as did Mom and Dad. Normally, I try to not post pictures of the kids, but I just couldn’t help it. That sweet face! He was so beautifully relaxed.

Not long after I took these pictures, heavy showers moved in. We stood in the pouring rain and watched some fly fisherman who had come to the park from up north. The trout were biting like crazy. If only we had our poles with us.

I took two cameras – one a digital – one my 20+ yr. old Nikon FE. I love the manual camera the best. I’ve added my photos on Flickr, right sidebar, so you can see the difference. One folder contains the digital, another the manual. I just finished scanning some manual pics we developed today. Hope you enjoy them.
