We’ve started dipping into the parsley already… Yumm!

It was just so beautiful with the recent rain, I couldn’t resist and it’s good for the plant… it just keeps making more. Slobo did a post on the benefits of parsley…. I’m impressed! And with Lidia’s New Cookbook that I got for Mother’s day… I can’t wait for some of that zucchini – sorry… gotta stop – I’m salivating….. I love summer!
