Sorry about the non-blogging…. Been chasing butterflies and other flutter-by’s this month.

I’ve finally finished the new graduate’s cookbook for my youngest brother’s graduation present (three weeks overdue). It has all the recipes I used to make him while he was growing up, plus some. Also, tips for the new chef. On each page of the cookbook are pictures of him from the time he was a baby, each year, until he graduated from High School. Unfortunately, I don’t have any of him to graduation from College, you know… grown up… Doesn’t come home anymore kind of thing. lol. I think he’ll like it. We are giving it him with a new set of pots and pans. He said that is what he wanted for a graduation present…. go figure. lol. I was tempted to have the handles engraved with his graduation year and some plithy sayings, but alas, the budget is bankrupt again. lol.

And a pic of the one I started for us two years ago…. and still need to finish, as soon as my hand recuperates from all that writing. lol.
