Oh, how I love terriers! I had a Westie/Poodle mix growing up. While in college, I had a Westie and, more recently, we had a Westie/Corgi mix that we adopted. Unfortunately, we had to put her to sleep last summer due to numerous health issues and old age.

We knew we were going to get a new puppy for the family this spring and I had my heart set on a Cairn Terrier this time, but after doing some research and a little nudging from my husband...Well, keep an eye on my blog for the upcoming news. ;)

Congratulations on your new addition! What a perfect name!
